Humaid Haji - Photo Feature

Humaid Haji Humaid A Khatri studies in class 5 and loves to play football. His schoolteachers noticed that he had difficulty in reading from the blackboard and even from his notebook. Once when his mother held up her hand and asked him to count the number of fingers, Humaid replied “three” when they were actually five!

At LVPEI, the boy from Oman underwent a corneal transplant in his left eye. Wearing a pair of dark glasses post surgery, Humaid posed very nattily for our cameraman. He was last examined on August 23, 2010 and was doing well.
