A soft skill training session was organized on 9 December 2018 for the patient care staff at LVPEI Bhubaneswar by Mr Dibya Ranjan Sahoo, faculty at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology at Bhubaneswar. The key topics covered were handling patients and telephone queries, and providing surgical counselling.
