ICARE offers a six-month Diploma in Community Eye Health. We train various cadres of eye care professionals who take their expertise to serve populations in the remotest rural areas and underprivileged urban areas in India and other developing countries. Our training centers are backed by experts from the field of eye care and community health, and are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. 

ICARE also trains middle level opthalmic professionals like optometrists, opticians, nurses, community field workers, eyecare center managers, administrators, and volunteer.
