Hyderabad, India. The Institute's six
areas of focus are comprehensive eye
care, sight enhancement and low vision
rehabilitation, rural and community eye
health, clinical research, education and

Institute is also a World Health
Organization Collaborating Centre for
the prevention of
blindness.

impaired children. At the Vision
Rehabilitation Centres children and
adults with incurable visual impairment
have access to rehabilitation services

Education Centre offers training programs
in various subspecialties of the eye, as
well as for all levels of eye care
personnel. LVPEI's training infrastructure includes the Bausch and Lomb School of
Optometry and the LVP-Zeiss International Academy of Advanced Ophthalmic Education. |
