Biography
Dr Aditi Samirbhai Parikh completed her undergraduate training from Karamsad, Gujarat, followed by her Diploma in Ophthalmology and Surgery (DOMS) from Bapuji Hospitals, Davangere, and her Diplomate of National Board (DNB) from Prabha Eye Clinic, Bangalore. She later worked as a consultant at Shekar Eye Hospital, Bangalore.
She completed her fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, and neuro-ophthalmology at LVPEI, during which she gained experience in managing various eye conditions like pediatric cataracts, refractive errors, amblyopia, simple and complex strabismus, and neuro-ophthalmology.
Dr Parikh’s areas of interest include simple and complex strabismus, various neuro-ophthalmology disorders in adults and children, and pediatric cataracts. She has presented at multiple national and international conferences and won many quiz awards. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and written a chapter in an ophthalmology atlas book.
Beyond work, she finds pleasure in art and craft, music, and cooking.
