Biography
Dr Cherukuri Navya pursued her bachelor’s degree from Mamata Medical College, Khammam, followed by a Master’s in Ophthalmology from Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital, affiliated with Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, where she later served as a senior resident.
She also holds a Diplomate National Board degree and has an excellent academic background. To further her interest in retina, she underwent a fellowship in vitreoretina at LVPEI. She is very passionate about teaching and has worked as an undergraduate tutor at GITAMS, Visakhapatnam, before joining LVPEI.
Dr Cherukuri is a compassionate caregiver with a focus on quality. Her fields of interest include pathological myopia, imaging in uveitis, infections, and inflammation of the retina.
