Biography
Dr Himabindu Alluri completed her basic medical education at the Konaseema Institute of Medical Sciences, Amalapuram, followed by her post-graduation in ophthalmology from Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore. She then pursued a fellowship in comprehensive ophthalmology at LVPEI in Bhubaneshwar and received subspecialty training in cornea and anterior segment services.
Her clinical interests include infectious keratitis, corneal transplantation, including lamellar procedures, and cataract surgery.
