Biography
Dr Sikha Misra completed her basic medical education at Hi-Tech Hospital & Medical College, Bhubaneswar, and her MS in Ophthalmology from SCB Medical College, Bhubaneswar. Her passion for cornea led her to pursue a fellowship in cornea and anterior segment at Aravind Eye Hospital in Madurai. This was followed by a 2-year senior residency at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.
Her main areas of interest are allergic eye diseases, corneal transplants, pediatric corneal diseases and transplants, and refractive surgery. She also has a keen research interest and has publications in several national and international peer-reviewed journals to her credit.
