Biography
Sumant Vinayak Sharma completed his MBBS from JIPMER, Puducherry, and his postgraduate degree (MD in Ophthalmology) from Dr RP Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS, New Delhi. This was followed by a long-term fellowship in retina and vitreous at LVPEI.
He has been awarded FAICO (Vitreo-retina) by the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS). He is involved in clinical research with a special focus on vitreoretinal surgeries and inherited retinal disorders, and is committed to providing excellent care to his patients.
