Biography
Sujit Shah completed his Bachelor’s in Optometry and Vision Science from Vidyasagar College of Optometry and Vision Science, West Bengal. After working for 2 years in Mumbai as a consultant optometrist, he pursued his Post Graduate Diploma in Optometry and Vision Science (PGDOVS) in contact lens and anterior segment from LVPEI.
He has a keen research interest, and he carried out research on myopia risk factors during his post-graduation. In his role at LVPEI’s Infor Myopia Centre, LVPEI, he actively provides various anti-myopia strategies to patients to counteract myopia progression.
Apart from myopia, he also keeps a deep interest in clinical optometry, imaging, and contact lenses, and has presented multiple cases in national forums.
