About The Program

Greetings!

True to our motto 'So that all may See', LVPEI EyeHEP (Eye Health Education Program) is a first-of-its-kind and unique program. Designed to converge all eye health professionals in a week-long learning and knowledge sharing process, it aims to provide scientific evidence through a range of well-crafted education programs.

"Excellent and Equitable" Eye Health can be provided by partnering with a wide variety of professionals including Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Vision Technicians, Ophthalmic Nurse Assistants, Eye Bank Professionals, Therapists in Vision Rehabilitation and Community Eye Care Professionals. While these disciplines are strongly governed by their Science, they are also interconnected in one way or the other. Therefore, we aver that 'Education is an invisible fine thread which binds various eye health professionals.'
