The '21st Dr C Syamala Bhaskaran Endowment Lecture 2019' was delivered by Dr Muna Bhende, Senior Consultant and Deputy Director, Shri Bhagwan Mahavir Vitreo Retinal Services, Medical Research Foundation, Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. The endowment lecture was organized on 16 November 2019 at LVPEI Hyderabad and the title of her oration was 'Inherited Retinal Dystrophies: Where are we today?'.
