Dr C Syamala Bhaskaran Endowment Lecture 2023 was delivered by Prof John V Forrester - Emeritus Professor & Director, Ocular Immunology Laboratory, University of Aberdeen, Professor of Ocular Immunology, University of Western Australia on 9th March 2023. The title of his lecture was ‘The Link between Autoimmunity and Infection: A View from Inside the Eye’. This annual lecture series was initiated in honour of the Late Dr C Syamala Bhaskaran’s and her husband Late Dr C Bhaskaran’s generous support to the Institute.
