‘Learning and Observation skills Workshop’ was organized for the residents and fellows of LVPEI. The workshop was conducted by employing active learning strategies where participants worked in group of 4 or 5 in contrast to a passive learning which they typically experience in didactic classrooms. It was designed to enable participants with strategies to enhance their learning and clinical observation skills which they can implement and improvise during their entire training program.
