LVPEI's Institute for Vision Rehabilitation organized the 3rd edition of the 'Integrated Summer Camp' at the Institute's Hyderabad campus from 2 -11 May 2019. The aim was to provide ample and equal opportunities to children with visual impairment to socialize and interact with their sighted siblings and friends in an inclusive environment. It also provided a platform to educate and sensitize the sighted kids towards the special needs of children with visual impairment. A series of activities such as storytelling, gardening, arts and craft, yoga and fields trips to play zone and hotel Paradise were organized. Around 50 children, including eleven children from city-based Manthan International School, were part of this camp.
