Aishwarya receives an award for her painting and her story gets featured in a book

T V Aishwarya from Institute for Vision Rehabilitation wins an honorary award for her entry 'Cinderella' in the category of sculpture in the 'InSights Art Competition for the Blind.' This painting competition is organized by American Printing House annually to encourage persons with vision loss from across the world to showcase their talent as an artist. The winners get to display their artwork in an exhibition organized in the fall of every year. Given the COVID situation, this exhibition and award ceremony will be online this time. 

Additionally, her story has also been featured in the book ‘Unspoken Heroines- They walk amongst us’ by Hema Srinivas and Aparna Shekar. The book is a collection of biographies of 14 ordinary Indian women from across the demographics. The book is available as paperback in Amazon and the e-book version will also be out soon.
