The Shakuntala Amir Chand Prize was presented to Dr Swathi Kaliki by Dr Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Science & Technology, Earth Sciences, Govt of India on 16 October 2019. This prestigious award which has been instituted by the Indian Council of Medical Research was presented to her for her research work in the field of Biomedical Science including Clinical Research. Dr Kaliki is one of the four recipients to receive this award for the year 2017.
