A one-of-its-kind tactile painting exhibition of paintings made by 16 talented artists with vision loss was organized, 4 June 2019, by LVPEI's Institute for Vision Rehabilitation at the institute's Hyderabad campus. It was very much appreciated by over 125 visitors including the local media and helped in spreading awareness among the community about the abilities of persons with vision loss.
The exhibition was a conclusion of the workshops that were organized in the month of May to train persons with vision loss to make their own tactile paintings.
