An eye awareness talk 'I (Eye) talk' was organized on 29 July 2019 at Buxi Jagabandhu English Medium school at Bhubaneswar and common eye problems were covered. Additionally, the students were also screened for eye problems. The plan is to screen all the 3200 children of this school in a phase-wise manner.
A similar program was also organized at another city-based school 'St Xaviers High school' from 12-13 July 2019. Around 200 children were screened and 59 of them have been referred for a detailed evaluation at the LVPEI City Centre in Bhubaneswar.
