The foundation stone for LVPEI's secondary centre 'Hetero Eye Centre' at Sircilla in Telangana was laid down by Sri K T Rama Rao, Member of Legislative Assembly, Sircilla and Dr Ratnakar Reddy, Director, Hetero Group on 13 August 2019. Supported by the generous donation from Hetero Foundation, the centre will be continuum to LVPEI’s vision of providing good quality, permanent and affordable eye care to rural India.
