Ponnuru Vision Centre in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, on the occasion of its 5th Anniversary, was upgraded to a Technology Enabled Vision Centre; courtesy: Prof Krothapalli Ravindranath, in honour of his mother Smt Krothapalli Vimala Devi. The initial support for the centre came from Latter-day Saint Charities, USA, and the rent-free premises is provided by Lions Club International Foundation.
