35 newborn children were screened for ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) at the Bhima Bhoi Medical College & Hospital in Balangir district in Odisha on 22 October 2019 by LVPEI in partnership with Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK). Of these five children have been identified with ROP and will now receive appropriate treatment. This partnership aims at providing ROP care to all children in the districts of Odisha.
