Soubhik Chel, Consultant Optometrist at the LVPEI Kode Venkatadri Chowdary (KVC) campus in Vijayawada, is one of the eight winners of the IAPB Young Systems Leader Award 2026.
The IAPB Young System Leader Awards recognise early-career eye health professionals who demonstrate a strong systems thinking approach, driving impact through their organisations, peer networks, and personal leadership.
