The third batch of the Fellow-to-Faculty (F2F) Mentorship Program successfully completed its fourth session from November 13-15, 2025, at the LVPEI GMR Varalakshmi Campus in Visakhapatnam.
Session Highlights:
- The learning and development sessions included a game-based session to deliver deep learning under the guise of play.
- Ms Snighda, Associate Director, Standard Chartered – LVPEI Academy for Eye Care Education led a leadership development session
- Dr Avinash Pathangey, Network Director, Standard Chartered – LVPEI Academy for Eye Care Education conducted a presentation skills workshop over the course of two days.
- Fellows also presented their keys ideas that were followed by an evaluation session by F2F members.
