As part of continuous professional development, organized the Training of Trainers (ToT) program for Secondary Centres’ Vision Technicians, held on 21 February 2026, discussed the needs to strengthen mentoring and clinical supervision for VT trainees posted across the Village Vision Complex (VVC) network.
The sessions focused on structured clinical training, supervision, evaluation, and guidance, and the participants active engagement and interactions gave the great boosing throughout all sessions. With strong support from regional heads and coordination, the program was good success. Building on this success, the initiative will continue with expanded training opportunities to further enhance the quality of VT clinical education.
