When support becomes strength

At our institute, growth is not just about professional milestones it’s also about the quiet, consistent support that helps us move forward together. This edition, we’re happy to share a few stories that reflect on our shared values of care, integrity, and community.

     -  Dr K Veenadhari, daughter of our Senior Grade 5 Lab Technician and Quality Assistant Ms Padmalaxmi, has secured an impressive 1839 rank in NEET PG, opening doors to a Paediatrics seat at Maulana Azad or Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. 'All this has been possible by Veena’s diligence and hard work, along with the guidance & support given by the institute from time to time to make her education process possible' said Dr Archana Bhargava, in an email to Dr Rao.

     -  Padmalaxmi’s son, Mr Pavan, has also stepped into the medical field with an MBBS seat at Mamata Medical College. When financial support was needed for his coaching, Dr Merle, with no hesitation, extended a two-month advance salary to Padmalaxmi. An act of kindness that made a difference.

     -  Senior Technician, Meher Begum’s daughters, both trained in Optometry from Pune, have completed their PG Diploma in Optometry from our institute and will be joining us as employees starting October!

A win for one, is a win for all. Thank you to everyone who continues to make LVPEI a place where dreams are built, and where support is always close at hand. You are helping build a workplace culture that quietly nurtures ambition, supports families, and celebrates progress in all its forms. Have a story to share? Write to us.
