LVPEI marked International Women’s Day on March 9 with lively, post-work gatherings across all campuses. Women employees — who proudly make up over 50% of LVPEI’s workforce — came together along (some with family members!) for an evening filled with celebration, connection, and heartfelt conversations.
The evening across campuses featured a rich mix of activities:
- Screenings of short films
- Performances, games, and interactive sessions
- A spread of food and refreshments
- A lively dance floor that had colleagues and families celebrating together And, memorably, personal stories shared by women from within the organisation
These personal narratives became the soul of the evening; colleagues spoke about their journeys, challenges, inspirations, and defining moments at LVPEI and beyond. Their reflections brought a sense of connection and solidarity, reminding everyone of the strength and resilience that shape everyday life at the institute.
The cake celebrations at various campuses added to the celebratory spirit, as teams expressed appreciation for the remarkable contributions of women across the LVPEI network.
