A workshop on 'UIltrasound and Ultrasound Biomicroscopy (UBM)' which is a noninvasive diagnostic technique used for examining the retina of the eye was organized at LVPEI Hyderabad on 17 November 2019. Dr Muna Bhende from Sankara Nethralaya in Chennai was the lead faculty and it was attended by 85 participants comprising Optometrists, Ophthalmology residents and fellows from across the LVPEI network. The sessions had a mix of hands-on training, interactive lectures and case presentations.
