Mr Raj Kishore James - Retired-Joint Director, Technical Education and Training, Cuttack - shares, 'I can read even the smallest of fonts in the newspaper that too without my eyeglasses. Of course, I use my eyeglasses but can even manage without them. A few years back, my vision started to deteriorate. I had cataract and advanced stage Fuchs’ Dystrophy (a corneal problem) in both my eyes. As a result, I had blurred and cloudy vision. Fortunately, Dr Sujata Das at LVPEI Bhubaneswar was successfully able to manage my problem. I underwent a series of cataract and corneal transplant surgeries. I wish more and more people benefit from the quality of care provided by LVPEI, just like I did.'
