The 2nd edition of the Dr Kakarla Subba Rao Endowment Lecture, initiated in honour of Padma Shri Late Dr Kakarla Subba Rao, eminent bone radiologist and former director of Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad, was delivered by Dr Manas Panigrahi, Head of the Neurosurgery Department at the KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad. Dr Panigrahi shared ‘Insights into Vision: Exploring the Interplay of Eye, Brain & Neurosurgery'.
