19th Exit Competency training on Cataract

The ’19th Exit Competency training on Cataract’ was held at LVPEI’s Visakhapatnam campus on 15 September 2019. 29 fellows and residents from across the network participated in it.
Highlights:
- Video-based learning of performing the various steps in cataract surgery and management of complications
- Brief note on asepsis and video based demonstration of anesthesia used in cataract surgery
- Detailed preoperative examination discussion
- Active interaction between participants and faculty
