Commemorating the first anniversary of late Mr Bikash Chandra Mohanta

To commemorate the first death anniversary of late Mr Bikash Chandra Mohanta the ‘Administrative office’ of the Indian Oil Centre for Rural Eye Health at LVPEI Bhubaneswar has been named after him on 27 August 2019.
