Continuous professional development sessions

Training session were organized for the staff comprising patient counsellors, supervisors and administrators on patient interaction skills, customer service and conflict management. These sessions were held at LVPEI’s Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Bhubaneswar campuses and over 500 employees were trained.
