Kuchakulla Ramachandra Reddy Eye Centre marks silver jubilee!

The Kuchakulla Ramachandra Reddy Eye Centre (KRREC), Thoodukurthy, Nagarkurnool district, Telangana, is LVPEI’s second secondary eye care centre to celebrate its 25th-anniversary milestone. Dignitaries present included Sri Kuchakulla Damodar Reddy, Member of Legislative Council, Telangana; Sri Sony Thomas, Executive Director, CBM, India; and Dr K Madhukar Reddy, Founder, Drishti Eye Centre, Hyderabad. Dr Gullapalli N Rao, Founder and senior leadership from LVPEI, were also present. Since its establishment in 1998, the centre has touched over 1.5 million individuals, 386,072 outpatients (35% non-paying) and 45,355 surgeries (64% non-paying).
