Second Krovvidi Family Endowment Lecture

The second in the series of the annual Krovvidi Family Endowment Lecture was delivered on 12 January 2018 by Dr RD Ravindran, Chairman, Aravind Eye Care Systems at Madurai. The title of his lecture was ‘Customer oriented approach critical to building organizations – Aravind Case Study’.
