Summer camp organized for school children at LVPEI-Liberia Eye Centre at the JFK Medical Centre

The LVPEI-Liberia Eye Centre at the JFK Medical Centre in Monrovia, Liberia, organized a summer camp for school children. The primary objective was to introduce children to the fascinating biology of the eye, educate them about common eye diseases and eye health, and inspire them to become ambassadors for promoting good eye health practices within their community. Additionally, the children were sensitized to the proper etiquette for assisting individuals with vision impairment. The camp concluded with a special certificate distribution ceremony recognizing the active participation of all the participants.
