Three more VCs Upgraded to Futuristic Vision Centres

Three of LVPEI’s existing Vision Centres in Muniguda, Gunupur and Tikri in Rayagada district, Odisha, have been upgraded to Futuristic Vision Centres; courtesy – Mission for Vision and WenGiving Foundation. In addition to providing primary eye care services, Futuristic Vision Centres are equipped with state-of-the-art ophthalmic diagnostic equipment to detect and diagnose sight-threatening conditions related to glaucoma and retina. They also provide care through tele-ophthalmology that helps patients to receive advanced eye care closer to their doorsteps. The LVPEI network has 223 Vision Centres, including 56 Futuristic Vision Centres.
