As part of the World Sight Day 2026 awareness program, Dr Caleb Patrick Wlue, Ms Gorpu and Mr Romeo of the LVPEI–Liberia Eye Center took part in a radio talk show on the importance of eye health and vision care.
The discussion highlighted the importance of regular eye examinations, recognizing early signs of vision problems and seeking professional eye care without delay. The program gave the team an opportunity to share these messages with the public and encourage people to take better care of their eyes.
Radio discussions reach a wider audience and help educate communities about preventable vision loss. Through such activities, the LVPEI–Liberia Eye Center continues to promote eye health and encourage people to make their vision a priority.
