  • Donations made to Hyderabad Eye Institute are 50% exempt under section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
  • Donations made to Hyderabad Eye Research Foundation are 100% exempt for individuals and 150% exempt for organisations under sections 35 (i) (ii) of the Income Tax Act

Your financial contribution towards LVPEI’s mission could be utilized in several ways:

Rs.2,000 Subsidizes a cataract surgery for one patient.
Rs.4,000 Subsidizes one school eye screening camp – for children who have no access to eye care.
Rs. 10,000 Subsidizes a community eye screening camp in the communities that have no access to eye care. (or) Subsidizes a cataract surgery for one patient on a chosen date for next five years.
Rs. 20,000 Subsidizes cost for non paying surgeries and outpatients for one day at secondary eye centre.
Rs.100,000 Subsidizes cost for non paying surgeries and outpatients for one day at secondary eye care centre on a chosen date for next five years.
Rs. 100,000 Sponsors a student’s annual fee with accommodation for Vision Technician course – a skill with assured career path. (or) Sponsors a student’s annual fee with accommodation for Ophthalmic Nursing Assistant Course –Skill with assured career path.
Rs. 500,000 Subsidizes cost of setting up patient waiting lounge.
Rs.10,00,000 Subsidizes the establishment of Vision Centre which serves a population of 50,000 people providing FREE eye care (or)
Subsidizes all equipment required for establishing one examination room at any of the LVPEI’s Tertiary Centres
Rs. 20,00,000 Supports a Patient Transport Vehicle fully equipped with ophthalmic equipment at one of our rural secondary centres.
Rs. 50,00,000 Subsidizes the setting up of sub-speciality clinics comprising 5 examination rooms.
Rs. 1 Crore Subsidizes the setting up cost of Sub-Speciality centre comprising 10 examination rooms.
