Mr Debananda Padhy is an Associate Optometrist at L V Prasad Eye Institute, currently working at GPRICARE, Hyderabad. He has over 10 years of experience within the LVPEI network, having previously served as Assistant Optometrist and Junior Optometrist at MTC Campus, L V Prasad Eye Institute, Bhubaneswar. His current research focuses on health economics in eye care, particularly cost-effectiveness analysis, diagnostic accuracy, and validation of emerging technologies, including AI–based solutions.
