Wen Giving Foundation, LVPEI and Mission for Vision are partnering together to improve the reach and spread of primary eye care services. The generous contribution from Wen Giving Foundation will enable the establishment of 20 Vision Centres equipped with 24 trained vision technicians in the state of Odisha. Additionally, a residential facility for Allied Ophthalmic Personnel at LVPEI’s campus in Bhubaneswar, the Mithu Tulsi Chanrai campus, will also be started with their support.
Since the 1960s the Wen family has been actively engaged in various philanthropic initiatives with the aim to improve and promote the wellbeing and quality of life of those who are less fortunate or disadvantaged. They support, facilitate and implement projects that lead to both immediate and longterm improvements in needy communities.
