Dr. Deeksha completed her basic medical education from MGMIMS, Navi Mumbai followed by a post-graduation in Ophthalmology from Drashti Netralaya in Gujarat. She then pursued a Fellowship in Cornea and Anterior segment from LVPEI, Hyderabad. She also had an opportunity to serve for a brief time in Liberia Eye Institute, West Africa during her fellowship at LVPEI.
Her clinical scope includes management of complex cataracts, diseases of Cornea and Ocular surface. Her keen interest in research is on Steven Johnson Syndrome and innovations in scientific paper writing.
She also likes to cook, travel and explore local cuisines in her free time.
