Dr Deeksha completed her basic medical education from MGMIMS, Navi Mumbai, followed by a post-graduate degree in ophthalmology from Drashti Netralaya in Gujarat. She then pursued a fellowship in cornea and anterior segment from LVPEI in Hyderabad, during which she had the opportunity to work at LVPEI's Liberia Eye Center, West Africa.
Her clinical scope includes management of complex cataracts and diseases of the cornea and ocular surface. Her research interests lie in corneal infections and innovations in scientific paper writing.
During her free time, she loves to cook, travel, and explore local cuisines.
