Pankaj Dongre completed his primary medical education from Smolensk State Medical Academy, Russia, followed by post-graduation in Ophthalmology from Lotus Eye Hospital and Institute, Coimbatore. He then pursued a Fellowship in Comprehensive Ophthalmology from LVPEI, Visakhapatnam and received subspecialty training in Cataract and Refractive Services, Hyderabad. Dr Dongre's clinical interests include keratoconus, newer modifications in cataract surgery and intraocular lenses and LASIK surgery.
