Ramkumar DSV completed his Bachelor’s in Optometry from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem, in 2012, followed by a fellowship in Cornea and Contact Lens Services from Brien Holden Institute of Optometry and Vision Sciences (BHIOVS),
L V Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI), Hyderabad.
Ramkumar is an expert in contact lens fitting for keratoconus, irregular corneas and dry eyes conditions, soft contact lens and cosmetic contact fitting. He has a keen interest in research work and is also a faculty for optometry fellows and interns at LVPEI, Visakhapatnam. He has presented in various national conferences and has participated in many Contact Lens and Optical Dispensing related workshops. His areas of interest are contact lens, optical dispensing, myopia management and clinical research.
