Preetam Kumar completed his Bachelor's in Optometry from Techno India College, West Bengal, followed by a fellowship in clinical optometry, before joining the Cornea and Contact Lens Services at L V Prasad Eye Institute. He is involved in clinical and research work and is also a faculty for optometry fellows and interns at Bausch & Lomb School of Optometry. His areas of interest are contact lens and clinical research.
