Biography
Dr Harishankar Charan is an alumnus of Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar. He specialized in anesthesiology from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, and has more than 10 years of experience in anesthesia and perioperative care.
He is a member of the Indian Medical Association and the Indian Society of Pediatric Anesthesia and a founding member of the Association of Indian Ophthalmic Anesthesiologists (AIOA). He has received several recognitions, including the Best Paper Presentation award at the 4th Ophthalmic Forum of the Indian Society of Anesthesiologists Conference in 2017, and the Best Case of the Year award 2021-22 by the Indian Journal of Ophthalmic Anaesthesia (IJOA).
His areas of interest are pediatric anesthesia, ophthalmic anesthesia, and daycare anesthesia.
