3H Retreat for Postgraduate Trainees at LVPEI KAR

The 3H Retreat for postgraduate ophthalmology trainees was organized from May 4-9, 2026 at LVPEI Kallam Anji Reddy (KAR) Campus, Hyderabad. Designed around the 3H (Head, Hands & Heart) framework, the program took a “learning by doing” approach towards the sessions, to help trainees translate knowledge into practical skills.
Through real-world case analyses, focused practice sessions, pattern recognition, and simulation-based learning, the program encouraged trainees to develop problem-solving skills, think like specialists, build confidence in providing solutions and strengthen their empathetic abilities in patient care.
