The sixth session of the Fellow-To-Faculty (F2F) Mentorship Program was held from September 10 – 12, 2026 at L V Prasad Eye Institute’s (LVPEI) Kallam Anji Reddy (KAR) Campus, Hyderabad. The three-day session brought together participants for focused discussions on leadership, organizational culture and the practical application of LVPEI’s values.
The program featured leadership lessons and discussions based on the ‘Made in India: A Titan Story’ series, providing participants with an opportunity to reflect on leadership and organizational journeys. These sessions were followed by peer-led discussions centered on LVPEI’s Culture and Values, encouraging participants to reflect on how these principles can be translated into everyday professional practice.
The LVPEI F2F (Fellow-to-Faculty) Mentorship Program is a professional development initiative conducted through the Standard Chartered-LVPEI Academy for Eye Care Education to help ophthalmology fellows transition into academic and leadership roles as faculty members.
