Dr Rashmi Krishnamurthy Receives Zee Healthcare Excellence Award 2026

Dr Rashmi Krishnamurthy, Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Kallam Anji Reddy (KAR) Campus, Hyderabad, was recently awarded the Zee Healthcare Excellence Award 2026 for her contribution and service to the field of pediatric glaucoma care and ophthalmology.
The award was presented to her by Hon’ble Health Minister of Telangana, Shri Damodar Raja Narasimha and Dr. Ch. Preeti Reddy, Vice-Chairman, Malla Reddy University. Expressing gratitude to her family and mentors at L V Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI), Dr Rashmi said,
I would dedicate it to my family, my husband Dr Rajagopal Panuganti, our family, our parents, and my teachers, Dr G N Rao, Chairman of L V Prasad Institute, and Doctors Sirisha Senthil, Anil Mandal, and G Chandrasekhar.
