Second IDIP Meeting Held at Vijayawada

The second Institute Development and Improvement Program (IDIP) meeting was held on September 25, 2026, at L V Prasad Eye Institute’s (LVPEI) Kode Venkatadri Chowdary (KVC) Campus, Vijayawada. The meeting brought together executive leaders and the core IDIP team to review progress across key initiatives and identify areas for further improvement

Discussions focused on training updates and pending agenda items, along with operational improvements including SMS workflows, patient engagement, waiting-time delay analyses, and updated check-in protocols for Aarogyasri patients

The meeting also outlined the next steps for advancing IDIP initiatives across the network. These include core team change management training, campus Experience Centres, and a universal network feedback framework. These initiatives will be taken forward at the upcoming Network IDIP meeting.
